What are the portions for your boxes/platters?
Our platters are appetizer-sized. For something more filling, consider sizing up.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
We recommend placing your order at least 1 - 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and ample time for preparation.
How should I store my charcuterie board if I don’t finish it all at once?
To maintain freshness, store any leftover charcuterie in the refrigerator. Cover it with plastic wrap to prevent drying out, and enjoy within a few days.
How do you source your ingredients?
We prioritize sourcing high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers and local producers whenever possible to ensure the freshest and most flavorful charcuterie experience.
What types of meats and cheeses do you offer in your charcuterie boards?
We offer a variety of meats such as prosciutto, salami, and chorizo, along with an assortment of cheeses including brie, cheddar, gouda, manchego and more.
how should i enjoy my platters?
Keep your platter refrigerated until 15-20 minutes before serving. Most cheeses taste best at room temperature. Crackers are packed separately to stay fresh.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can customize our offerings to include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or nut-free options. Just let us know your requirements when placing your order.
Do you accept corporate orders?

Do you offer delivery or pickup options?
We offer delivery for your convenience. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location.
What if no one is home at delivery time?
Orders left outside are not our responsibility. Ensure someone is present to receive it.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Contact us immediately to update the address. If the order is already out, no refunds or re-delivery.
What allergens are in your products?
Our kitchen handles nuts, sesame, and other allergens. Let us know your allergies.
Do you have vegan, vegetarian, or kosher options?
No vegan or kosher options, but we can make cheese, fruit, and veggie-only boards (not kosher-certified).
What are your catering policies?
Refer to the service agreement, as policies vary by event..
Cancellation & rescheduling Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Non-catering cancellations made with 7+ days’ notice get a full refund or credit.
Full Refund: Cancellations made three weeks or more prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between three weeks and one week before the event will receive a partial refund (specific percentage to be determined).
No Refund: Cancellations made within one week of the event are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests made up to one week before the event. After this time, rescheduling may not be possible.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds can take 5-10 business days. *Processing fees will no longer be refunded to your account for a full or partial refund. Please understand, our merchant account now charges processing fees for refunds.
From Setup to Cleanup — Here’s What to Expect
Plated Pairings az staff will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event to complete the setup.
Plated Pairings az is not responsible for any leftover food.
Plated Pairings az will arrive for pickup at the time scheduled with the client. No additional pickups will be made outside of this scheduled time.
Cheese, charcuterie, and accompaniments are subject to change based on availability.
Portions are based on appetizer recommendations.
Clients must provide Plated Pairings az with the dimensions and a photo of the event space prior to the event.
*Please note that we do not provide tables. However, rentals can be arranged upon request for an additional cost
For optimal conditions, we recommends indoor setups in air- conditioned spaces, ideally maintaining a temperature of 70 or below, and away from direct sunlight.
Advance Notice for Large Orders: Orders exceeding 20 people require a minimum advance notice of 14 days.
Allergy Warning:
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited
to dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, tree nuts, and shellfish.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing your order.
Outdoor Setup Disclaimer
I understand that my event is being hosted indoors. If I choose to have an outdoor setup, I acknowledge that it is at my own risk and contrary to the guidance provided by plated pairings az and psalm23 table, llc
